DBSTRUCTURES, LLC (formerly Paul Koehler Brown Consulting Structural Engineers, LLC) was established in 1997 for the purpose of providing Clients with a creative alternative in structural engineering services.
Our approach is to investigate new ideas on each project while utilizing proven concepts and state-of-the-art structural engineering technology to meet the needs of the Client and the project.
We want to be involved in the early design phases, working closely with the Owner and Design Team to ensure the structure is cost-effective and meets the needs of the project.

Software and Design Tools
DBSTRUCTURES has the most up to date analysis and design software and state-of- the-art computer equipment including; REVIT BIM, ADAPT Post Tensioned Concrete, ADAPT RC, AutoCAD, Ram Structural System, Ram Concrete, Ram Advance, and Enercalc. We continually update these systems to ensure adherence to the latest building codes and innovations in the industry.
BIM Coordination
DBSTRUCTURES provides BIM coordination and clash detection during the design and construction phases to ensure that clashes with all disciplines are addressed quickly and construction problems are avoided.
Construction Phase Services
DBSTRUCTURES works closely with the Construction Team to keep the project on schedule and within budget. We provide timely review of submittals/RFI’s and make site visits at appropriate milestones in the construction sequence. Communication lines are kept open and any problems are addressed promptly to ensure timely completion of each project.
